SLA awards tenders for Dempsey Road properties to Power Moves and Florte Design

Florte Design plans to open a market place for retail floral and lifestyle product on the area with an all-day cafeteria services floral-infused drinks. The real estate will even include a fitness studio and a flexible event space-cum-photo studio with botanic arrangements.

The tenders for both sites finalized on May 29 and were checked based on price and premium aspects.

Curio Home Accents provided the highest cost proposal of $40,000 pm. Additional bidders consist of Lotusonwater Feng Shui ($21,700 pm), Maywell Lifestyles ($13,244 pm), V-Zug Singapore ($12,500 pm), Elliott’s Antiques ($12,000 pm), Estudio Technologies ($10,800 pm) and Petizen ($5,000 pm).

Power Moves gained the tender for 13 Dempsey Road (# 01-05 and # 01-07) and 13A Dempsey Road. The estates, that are authorized for wellness and training utilization, take up an acreage of 9,657 sq ft and have a mixed estimated gross floor area (GFA) of 8,783 sq ft.

She adds that the better weightage of the quality component in current tenders at Dempsey is a testament to SLA’s efforts in seeking ideas that will definitely inject vibrancy to the community.

Power Moves’ proposal consists of facilities like a pilates studio, beauty center, a café, and areas giving dietary coaching and many other wellness-based professional services. The center will also offer neighborhood efforts including outdoor exercise and relaxation classes, walkathons and concept pop-up events to attract people.

“Our initiatives to introduce brand-new innovative principles to Dempsey are starting to take shape,” claims Carrie Wong, director of business planning and property development division at SLA.

Power Moves’ quote of $41,200 pm represents a 8.4% costs over the following greatest proposal of $38,000 pm that was submitted by Lotusonwater Feng Shui. Other bidders include Theta Collective ($22,000 pm), The Smok Hous ($13,777 pm) and Center Solutions ($7,007 pm).
