Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore

Weave Residences – East Coast, located on Still Roadway, comprises 93 self-contained houses, varying from studios to two-bedroom houses and penthouses with personal pools. The residences, that are open for booking, have a launching cost of $3,700 monthly, with a least possible six-month stay.

The home was formerly referred to as Citadines Mount Sophia. A shared venture comprising Weave Living and international asset supervisor Blackrock acquired the property in February last year for $148 million.

The property is located near to Orchard Road. It is also within walking distance of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Stops, offering connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.

Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living now has three real estates in Singapore. Its initial is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key property on Jalan Sultan, which opened up in 2023.
